Delivery will be done by our Delivery Partner based in Cyprus. It’s the responsibility of the buyer to supply us with correct address details and phone number of recipient. The Delivery company might decline the order if no phone number of recipient is included in the order details.

While we always strive to deliver your order on the requested day, please note that due to various factors, we cannot guarantee 100% adherence to the requested delivery date.

Places where we don't deliver

By default we don't deliver to the following postcodes in Cyprus. But you can always contact us on +357-99409739 and maybe we can make an exception or see if delivery is possible. In addition you can also choose to have your order delivered to Box Now Locker or a Travel Express Shop.

When to place your order

Same day delivery is only possible for a few products. This will be mentioned at the product and you can select today's date in the checkout process.

Delivery will take place 2 days after delivery date or on the date that you choose at checkout.

If you see you are too late with placing the order please phone us on 99-409739 and we can see what we can do

Off-course it's always better to order a few days before so you can be sure that your order is ready on the day you need it.

We can not guarantee 100% delivery on the date you choose. We will always aim for dleivery on your preferred delivery date but sometimes this is not possible.

Delivery on Valentine's Day

We only deliver on Valentine's day when you place your order before 18:00 on the 13th of February. Orders placed after 18:00 will be delivered on the 15th of February

On Valentine's Day (14th of February) we only deliver to the following places:

We deliver to the following places in Cyprus:

- Larnaca city and area
- Limassol city
- Famagusta area
- Nicosia city and area

We don't deliver to the following places:

- Troodos Mountains area
- Paphos city and area

Delivery costs

The delivery rates vary per product, delivery address and total order amount. The delivery rates will be displayed during the checkout process and you can also find the delivery rates on this page.

Refund policy cancellation

Refund for cancelled orders are according to the following rules:

Full refund: Cancellation of order 48 hours or longer before delivery date

50% refund: Cancellation of order between 24 and 48 hours before delivery date

No refund: Cancellation on delivery date

Delivery options

We offer the following delivery options. On the product page you can see which options are available for the specific product.

- Delivery to any address - See delivery rates below

Delivery will take place to any address in a city or village. This can be a house, apartment, office or any other place as long as it is in a Cyprus City.

- Delivery to a Travel Express shop - Free Delivery

You prefer to pick the order yourself from a Travel Express office? Select this option in the checkout and choose the shop in the dropdown where you want to pick up the order. At the moment we only work with Travel express

- Box Now delivery - Free Delivery

We can deliver your order to a Box Now Locker anywhere in Cyprus. Please fill in the Box Now Locker where you want your order to be delivered.
