Are you actually based in Cyprus?
Yes, our shop is based in Xylotympou. This is a village next to Pyla near the Dhekeleia English Army base. We are only active in Cyprus so we are NOT an international site who is working with other shops in Cyprus.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
At the moment we don't offer same day delivery but we are working on some gift baskets which can be delivered the same day if you order before 12:00 PM. Keep an eye on our site for this new feature
Do you deliver to all places in Cyprus
Almost yes. There are some villages where we can't deliver because our delivery service will not go there. When you check-out you need to fill in the postcode and then it will show if we deliver to that place. You can also read the delivery policy where we have all the postcodes listed where we don't deliver.
We do ask you to call us if you want delivery to a village which is in the list of no-delivery and then we can see what we can do. Sometimes we find options to make the delivery
When do you deliver
We deliver on Monday until Saturday. If you order today we will do our best to deliver your order tomorrow or the day after.
At checkout you can select a preferred delivery date, so you can also select the date in the future (for example for a birthday in two weeks from now).
We can not guaranteed delivery on the chosen date but we will always do our best to have the delivery on the choosen date.

How do you deliver?
We offer the following delivery options. On the product page you can see which options are available for the specific product.
- Delivery to any address - See delivery rates below
Delivery will take place to any address in a city or village. This can be a house, apartment, office or any other place as long as it is in a Cyprus City.
- Delivery to a Travel Express shop - Free Delivery
You prefer to pick the order yourself from a Travel Express office? Select this option in the checkout and choose the shop in the dropdown where you want to pick up the order. At the moment we only work with Travel express
- Box Now delivery - Free Delivery
We can deliver your order to a Box Now Locker anywhere in Cyprus. Please fill in the Box Now Locker where you want your order to be delivered.
